About Novagig AI

Novagig AI is being built as an AI-powered product for freelancers. Its purpose is to help users evaluate whether a job is worth pursuing, generate stronger proposal drafts, and make better pricing decisions.

The website currently supports product discovery, waitlist collection, newsletter signup, and beta interest intake.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement
• You must provide accurate information when joining the waitlist or requesting beta access

Waitlist and Beta Access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product. Beta invitations are limited and may be granted based on product stage, user profile, capacity, and testing needs.

• Beta access may be delayed, limited, paused, or revoked
• Features may change significantly before public launch
• Any discount, early-access, or founder-style offer may be modified before full launch
• Feedback shared during beta may be used to improve the product without compensation

Acceptable Use

• You may not use the website or future product for fraud, impersonation, harassment, or illegal activity
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
• You remain responsible for reviewing any AI-generated output before using it with clients or platforms
• You may not use Novagig AI in ways that violate third-party platform rules

Intellectual Property

The Novagig AI brand, website design, copy, graphics, and code are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce or republish our website assets without permission
• Any content you input or create through the future product remains subject to the applicable product rules at launch
• We do not claim ownership over your freelance experience, portfolio, or personal brand materials simply because you submit interest in the product

User Content and Feedback

If you send ideas, suggestions, bug reports, or workflow feedback, you allow us to use that input to improve Novagig AI.

• Feedback is voluntary
• We may use it to refine product design, features, and positioning
• We do not owe compensation for suggestions or improvement ideas
• We will not intentionally publish private feedback with identifying details without permission

Disclaimers and Liability

Novagig AI is currently offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis during the pre-launch and beta stages.

• We do not guarantee that using the product will lead to client wins, income growth, or proposal success
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access during testing or launch preparation
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim

Third-Party Services

• Form submission providers such as Formspree
• Email, spreadsheet, hosting, and analytics services used to operate the website and waitlist
• References to freelance marketplaces such as Upwork or Fiverr, which remain separate third-party services not owned by Novagig AI

We are not responsible for third-party service behavior, terms, or privacy practices.

Termination

• You may stop using the site or unsubscribe from updates at any time
• We may deny, limit, or remove access if these Terms are violated or the website is misused
• We may discontinue or pause the waitlist, beta, or future product at our discretion
